M&D Communications is hiring motivated and energetic *Customer Service Representatives*(CSR) for our USA & Canada outbound campaign. Whether you're a fresh graduate or have prior experience, this is a great opportunity to build your career in a professional call center environment.
*Job Responsibilities*
* Make outbound calls for USA & Canada-based campaigns
* Provide excellent customer service and support
* Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and services
* Maintain professionalism and meet campaign standards
*Eligibility Criteria*
* Minimum qualification: Intermediate, Bachelor's, or Master's
* Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply
* Age: 18 to 35 years
* Strong communication skills with patience and empathy
* Basic computer knowledge required
*Salary & Benefits*
* Basic Salary: PKR 40,000
* Total Monthly Earnings: PKR 40,000 – 70,000
You can earn upto 150,000 Depends upon performance(including incentives, bonuses, and overtime)
