We’re Hiring – Customer Service Representative (CSR) | Night Shift | Lahore
Company: Vertex Communications
Location: DHA Phase 8, Broadway Commercial, Lahore, Pakistan
Shift Timing: 9:30 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift)
Job Type: Full-Time (On-Site)
Vertex Communications is looking for enthusiastic and professional Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team for a Canadian client campaign. If you have strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset, we would love to hear from you.
Compensation Package:
• Fresh Candidates: PKR 25,000 – 30,000/month
• Experienced Candidates: Salary based on experience
• Performance-based Incentives
• Per Sale Commission
• Bonuses on targets
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle semi-inbound customer calls professionally
• Assist customers with inquiries and service requests
• Follow communication scripts and guidelines
• Maintain high customer satisfaction standards
• Accurately record customer interactions
• Achieve individual and team performance goals
Requirements:
• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Basic computer literacy
• Confident and professional attitude
• Minimum education: Matric / Intermediate
• Call center experience is a plus (not mandatory)
