we are looking for potential candidates for the 2 vacant positions
Coordinate and monitor all import shipments from origin to destination.
Prepare and verify import documentation (e. g. , Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, etc. ).
Communicate proactively with customers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs agents to ensure smooth operations.
Provide accurate shipment status updates and handle customer queries promptly.
Ensure all import requirements are met and documentation is compliant.
Manage and resolve customer complaints or discrepancies effectively and professionally.
Maintain proper records of import activities for audit and compliance purposes.
Collaborate with internal departments such as Finance, Logistics, and Sales to ensure operational efficiency.
Assist in preparing import cost analyses and reports when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in import/export operations or customer service (preferably in logistics or freight forwarding).
Good knowledge of international trade documentation and customs procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with ERP/logistics systems.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with freight forwarding, shipping lines, or logistics companies.
Understanding of Incoterms 2020 and basic trade compliance regulations.
Multilingual skills (English mandatory; other languages a plus).
