• Courier complaints handle karna
• Courier portals par shipments, complaints & delivery issues properly manage karna
• Courier-related customer issues resolve karna
Other Responsibilities:
• WhatsApp par daily customer queries handle karna
• Shopify website par daily orders ki confirmation karna
• Order-related customer issues handle karna
• Excel & computer par daily work
Requirements:
E-Commerce experience لازمی
Courier portals & complaints handling ka experience
Good communication & customer dealing skills
Shopify ka knowledge
Excel & computer par good grip
Responsible aur problem-solving attitude
