Customer Service Representative (Non-Target Based Role)
Location: Bahria town Phase 4 Civic Center,Rawalpindi.

Job Overview:
We are looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our company. This is not a target-based or sales-pressure job.
Key Responsibilities:
1)Answer customer queries via phone.
2) Conduct Basic audit.
3) Prepare Daily working Reports.
4)Maintain Daily and Monthly Audit Records.
5)Maintain records of customer interactions.
Requirements:
1)Good communication skills.
2)Basic computer knowledge.
3)A customer-focused attitude.
4)Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
5)Ability to speak Urdu, Punjabi and understand English.
