We Are Hiring – Night Shift Call Center Agents!
Smart Quran Academy is looking for passionate and energetic Call Center Agents (CSRs) to join our team in DC Colony, Gujranwala.
Location: DC Colony, Gujranwala (On-site)
Shift Timing: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (USA Market)
Salary: 40,000 – 60,000 PKR + Incentives
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to USA parents & students
Schedule trial classes and follow up with leads
Explain Quran courses and packages
Maintain CRM records and provide daily reports
Requirements:
Good English communication skills (Mandatory)
Intermediate/Graduate qualification
Previous call center experience preferred
Ability to work in Night Shift
