Are you confident on the phone and passionate about customer communication? We're looking for experienced and driven individuals to join our growing team as Outbound Customer Representatives.
Position: Outbound Customer Representative
Working Hours: 9:00 PM – 4:00 AM (Night Shift)
Location: [ Jubble Town Housing Scheme ]
What You'll Do
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Present our services in a professional and persuasive manner.
Build strong customer relationships and handle objections effectively.
Update customer information accurately in the system.
Achieve daily and monthly performance goals.
Who We're Looking For
Candidates with outbound call center or sales experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work night shifts consistently.
A positive attitude with a strong desire to grow professionally.
