Description
We are hiring two candidates for a structured role in the consultation and guidance field. This position is designed for individuals seeking long-term professional development and a stable career path rather than short-term employment.
The role begins with an initial two-month office-based training period, with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. During this phase, candidates will participate in structured learning, training, and professional development activities to understand consultation processes and service standards. The fixed salary during this period is PKR 50,000 per month, and no active client handling will be required.
Upon successful completion of the two-month training period, the role will transition to a home-based work model. At this stage, candidates will begin consultation work, with performance-based earning potential and opportunities for increased income. The work involves providing guidance to individuals seeking support in areas such as career planning, relationships, and personal development.
Due to the nature of our client base where a significant proportion of clients are women who express a preference for speaking with female consultants this role is open to female candidates only as a genuine occupational requirement related to service delivery.
