Job Title: Controller
We are looking for a reliable and professional Controller to join our team.
Working Hours:
• 10 hours per day
• 6 days per week
• Shift: 07:00 AM – 05:00 PM
Responsibilities:
• Coordinating and communicating with passengers and drivers.
• Managing bookings and daily operations.
• Monitoring driver movements and trip progress.
• Handling customer enquiries and providing updates.
• Ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
Requirements:
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and smartphone skills.
• All communication will be conducted via WhatsApp.
