Description
Responsibilities:
1)Coordinate deployment of officers to sites.
2)Handle emergency calls and incidents professionally.
3)Maintain accurate incident logs and daily occurrence books.
4)Liaise with clients, field officers, and management.
5)Track officer attendance, lateness, and shift coverage.
6)Ensure hourly welfare calls and check-ins from officers.
7)Manage vehicle tracking (if applicable).
8)Escalate serious incidents to senior management.
9)Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
10)Communication with the client through Email.
