**Job Title: Content Creator (Video) – Trending News & Social Issues**

**Job Description:**
We are seeking passionate and creative individuals to join our team as Content Creators. The ideal candidates will be responsible for producing high-quality video content on trending news and social issues relevant to their region. This role requires staying updated with current events, social trends, and local issues, and being able to present them in a compelling and engaging manner.
**Responsibilities:**
- Research and stay updated with trending news, social issues, and regional events.
- Create engaging video content, including scripting, filming, editing, and publishing.
- Develop content ideas that resonate with the local audience and align with our platform’s objectives.
- Collaborate with the editorial team to ensure content accuracy and alignment with our brand voice.
- Utilize various social media platforms to distribute content and engage with the audience.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of content and make improvements based on feedback and data.
- Ensure all content is created in accordance with copyright laws and platform policies.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in video content creation (portfolio or sample work required).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and video distribution channels.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e. g. , Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Familiarity with current trends in digital media and content consumption.
- Fluent in Urdu and regional languages (Punjabi, Sindhi, Pashto, Balochi, etc. ), with good command of English.
- A strong network within the community and a keen understanding of local issues.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in journalism, media, or related fields.
- Knowledge of SEO and social media analytics tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Experience in on-camera presentation or hosting.
