WE’RE HIRING — CONTENT CREATOR Position: Full-Time Fashion Content Creator Job Type: In-Store / Full-Time Timing: 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM Salary: PKR 40,000 – 45,000 per month About the Role We are looking for a young, creative and camera-confident Content Creator who can become part of our everyday brand content. This is a hands-on position. You will be responsible for creating fresh fashion content regularly — from developing the idea to wearing/styling the outfit, shooting the content and editing the final Reel. Key Responsibilities - Create fresh content on a daily basis. - Appear on camera and confidently wear/model outfits. - Shoot Instagram Reels, Stories, product videos and photos. - Edit Reels and short-form videos for social media. - Create content for Shalwar Kameez, Suits, Sherwanis, Prince Coats, Waistcoats, Jubbas and other ROMANO products. - Create styling, outfit, fabric-detail, stitching and behind-the-scenes content. - Capture customer orders and store activity when appropriate. - Generate new Reel concepts and creative ideas regularly. - Follow current Instagram/TikTok fashion trends and adapt suitable trends for ROMANO. - Maintain a clean, premium and consistent ROMANO visual style. - Work with the ROMANO team for new launches, collections and promotions. - Help build and maintain a weekly/monthly content calendar. Daily Content Expectations The focus is quality + consistency, not simply posting for the sake of posting. Expected daily output may include: 1 quality Reel per day 5–10 Instagram Stories Product/outfit photos as required Raw footage for future content and advertisements Some days may be dedicated to shooting multiple Reels in advance. Candidate Requirements - Male candidate. - Confident and natural in front of the camera. - Presentable and well-groomed. - Comfortable wearing and modelling ROMANO clothing. - Good understanding of men's fashion and styling. - Able to shoot good-quality videos using a smartphone. - Good knowledge of CapCut or similar video-editing apps. - Understands Instagram Reels, trending audio, hooks and short-form content. - Creative and able to bring his own content ideas. - Able to work independently and consistently. - Fashion/content creation experience is preferred but not compulsory. Most Important We are not looking only for a social media manager. We need someone who can: Think of the idea → Style/Wear the outfit → Shoot → Edit → Deliver the final content. Selection Process Shortlisted candidates will be given a practical content test. They will receive a ROMANO outfit/product and will be asked to create a short Reel. Selection will be based primarily on: Camera presence • Creativity • Shooting • Editing • Fashion sense • Final content quality Salary PKR 40,000 – 45,000 per month Salary will depend on content quality, experience and portfolio. Duty Timing: 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM Work Type: Full-Time, In-Store
