Construction Site Supervisor (Residential) – Signature Homes
Company: Signature Homes – Real Estate & Builders
Signature Homes is hiring a Construction Site Supervisor to manage residential construction projects in Lahore. We are looking for a responsible, hardworking, and experienced individual who can supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure quality work according to drawings and specifications.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise daily construction activities at residential sites.
Ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and quality standards.
Manage labor, contractors, and material usage efficiently.
Monitor construction progress and maintain project schedules.
Ensure site safety and cleanliness.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, vendors, and clients.
Prepare daily progress reports and report issues to management.
Check material quality and workmanship before execution.
Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of experience supervising residential construction projects.
Diploma in Civil Engineering (DAE Civil) or relevant experience preferred.
Ability to read construction drawings.
Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishing works.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Own motorcycle is mandatory for site visits.
Must be willing to travel between multiple construction sites.
Job Location:
Lake City, Lahore (with visits to different project sites)
