Position Overview
Dar-e-Arqam School System is looking for a passionate and dedicated Computer Science Teacher to join our academic team. The selected candidate will teach Computer Science to Grade 8 and Grade 9 students and help develop their conceptual understanding and practical computing skills in a supportive learning environment.
Job Details
- Position: Computer Science Teacher (Full-Time)
- Campus: DAS 294-B Boys Campus, Sabzazar, Lahore
- Classes: Grade 8 & Grade 9
- Teaching Load: 5 lectures per day
- Average Class Size: 15–20 students
- Salary: PKR 25,000 – 35,000 (depending on qualifications and experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and well-planned Computer Science lessons.
- Prepare lesson plans, assessments, quizzes, and class activities.
- Check notebooks, assignments, and tests regularly.
- Monitor students' academic progress and provide timely feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and academic activities.
Requirements
- BS/BSCS, MCS, MSCS, or an equivalent qualification in Computer Science.
- Strong command of Grade 8 & Grade 9 Computer Science curriculum.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
- Teaching experience will be preferred.
