Description
Responsible for operating the company ERP system and managing day-to-day store, warehouse, and stock operations. Ensure accurate recording, movement, organization, and availability of materials and products through the ERP system.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operate the company ERP system for daily store, stock, and inventory operations.
* Receive incoming materials and products and record their receipt in the ERP.
* Process stock issues, transfers, returns, and other inventory movements through the ERP.
* Manage physical stock in the store and warehouse, ensuring proper organization and identification.
* Scan and verify products/materials during receiving, issuing, and transferring stock.
* Maintain accurate system stock by ensuring every physical movement is properly recorded.
* Monitor stock levels and identify shortages, excess stock, damaged items, or discrepancies.
* Perform physical stock checks and reconcile differences with ERP records.
* Manage production, warehouse, and store stock according to company procedures.
* Coordinate with production, purchasing, accounts, dispatch, and management regarding stock requirements and movements.
* Process and verify stock-related documents, vouchers, and transactions within the ERP.
* Use ERP reports to monitor inventory, stock movements, and daily operations.
* Ensure materials and products are stored safely and can be located easily.
* Report system or stock-related issues to management or the relevant department.
* Maintain accuracy, discipline, and proper documentation throughout store and warehouse operations.
