Job Responsibilities

• Operate company software for day-to-day tasks
• Manage inventory records through software
• Update stock, sales, and purchase entries
• Handle POS system for billing and invoicing
• Generate daily/weekly reports from the system
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date data entry
• Assist in basic office tasks when required
Requirements
• Good computer skills (typing, data entry, software usage)
• Basic knowledge of POS/billing software (training provided)
• Ability to manage and update inventory
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Punctual, honest, and responsible
• Experience in similar role is a plus but not required
