* The Computer Assistant plays a key leadership role, managing a team to execute daily administrative and clerical duties effectively.

Required Skills and Qualification:
* Minimum Matriculation
* Monitor and respond promptly to incoming emails, maintaining clear and professional communication with customers and internal staff.
* Create accurate customer invoices using company billing software and manage invoice records systematically.
* Maintain customer ledgers, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and up to date.
* Track and manage stock levels using Microsoft Excel to support inventory control and reporting.
* Keep detailed banking ledgers, documenting cash inflows and outflows with precision in Excel.
* Supervise office operations collaboratively with the store supervisor to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
* Lead and manage a team of seven, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance to enhance productivity and accuracy.
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure priority deadlines are met and resolve any discrepancies or issues promptly.
* Maintain confidentiality and security of company data, records, and customer information at all times.
* Prepare regular reports on billing, stock, banking status for management review.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and suggesting practical solutions.
* Ensure compliance with company work schedules and maintain punctuality according to designated working hours.
