Description
We’re looking for energetic and confident Cold Calling Agents to contact potential leads, promote our products/services, and set appointments. Ideal candidates should have strong communication skills, a friendly tone, and previous experience in telemarketing or lead generation.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to potential customers using provided scripts and CRM tools.
Explain product/service benefits clearly and professionally.
Record customer responses and update lead details in the system.
Follow up on interested leads and schedule appointments.
Achieve weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Requirements:
Excellent spoken English (neutral or American accent preferred).
Previous experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (preferred).
Confidence, persistence, and ability to handle rejection positively.
Reliable internet connection, headset, and quiet workspace.
Familiarity with dialers like GoHighLevel, CallTools, or Twilio is a plus.
