We are currently hiring motivated and confident individuals for Lead Generation – Cold Calling & Appointment Scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound cold calls to homeowners in targeted areas to identify potential sellers.
• Gauge homeowner interest and ensure they are genuinely considering selling.
• Gather and record essential property details, including condition, asking price, and selling timeline.
• Schedule follow-up calls and coordinate with our U. S. -based team.
• Accurately enter all lead information into our CRM system.
Requirements:
• O Levels/Matric or higher education.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong command of English (fluent speaking and listening skills).
• Basic computer literacy.
• Positive attitude, dedication, and punctuality.
Shift Timings:
• 6:00 PM – 2:30 AM
• 7:00 PM – 3:30 AM
• 8:00 PM – 4:30 AM
• 9:00 PM – 5:30 AM
