Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Developer to spearhead our call center estimation campaign. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue through strategic outreach campaigns focused on providing accurate project estimates.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Outreach:
Identify and qualify potential leads through call center campaigns, cold calling, emails, and other communication channels.
Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and ensure consistent follow-up.
Client Relationship Management:
Develop strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client needs and collaborate with the estimation team to deliver accurate proposals.
Campaign Management:
Plan and execute call center campaigns for estimation services.
Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to maximize conversion rates.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the estimation and operations team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of estimates.
Coordinate with marketing to refine messaging and promotional material.
Reporting & Analysis:
Track sales metrics, analyze performance, and present regular progress reports.
Suggest strategies to improve lead quality and overall sales efficiency.
Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in business development, telemarketing, or sales, preferably in a call center or construction-related industry.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work with estimation teams and understand project requirements.
Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and call center systems.
