*Description :*
This farm is good for two to three families or for 20 to 30 persons and in case of events and functions persons number can stretch to any number for outdoor activities only .
Guests can play a game of badminton ,table tennis football Carem and snooker or simply relax and enjoy the scenic landscaping. Cricket pitch also available.
The Chalet also features a fully-equppied kitchen and an outdoor BBQ open space ideal for corporate parties and families looking to spend the night.
*Pool is filtered and water chlorinated size 20/30 and depth 4 feet and 6 feet with half covered shade . *
Surrounded by lush greenery, Col Naushad Chalet is 6 km from Superhighway and 20 km from Karachi International Airport .
Farm is also available for Events like Birthdays, Wedding Receptions, Corporate Events , Sports Events and Company Events / Conferences .
Rates for events are Rs. 50000/- and for extra decoration lights and sound system party have to arrange their own generator.
*FINES :*
a. Spitting of pan , spreading trash and breakages of tiles and pool accessories *Rs. 5000* /-
b. Damage to relaxing pool chair Rs. 5000/-
if provided
c. *Use of Chalet inside for BBQ or any cooking stuff or food will be fined Rs. 5000/-*
d. Any item damage *from furniture to electronics 50:50 percent of the cost will be beared by party. *
e. Sports item rackets, billiard table or any accessories will be charged full of cost.
*Please read all points clearly in order to avoid any unpleasant situation on site or getting in arguments at spot. *
*Restrictions:*
1. No Drugs , weapons or any illegal activity allowed *.
2. *No couples and dance* *party* allowed in any form ,
*females accompanied will be requested to carry their original NIC card* and must be kept at front desk
3. *Original NIC mandatory and will be taken as security against material damage or in cash**
4. *Token is must for booking , no booking shall be considered as booked unless token made* .
5. *Farm management has right to accept and decline any party on spot for any reason , not assigning or falling on our criteria and shall not be bound to return token* .
6. *While booking please read these instructions and SOP to avoid any unpleasant situation* .
7. *No refunds of token if party cancel on their own or any unavoidable circumstances at both ends please make note of this clause, and there will be no reschedule to another date if cancelled and will be charged as fresh booking and token will be fortified. *
8. **No Buses only coaster with 25 to 30 seater or Hiace with 15 seater allowed as we don't have capacity to cater such number of persons. *
9. *Check out time is 30 before booked time . **
10. *No firing allowed as per instructions from local SHO Police Gadap* .
11. *No drugs or any such activities related to drugs is strictly prohibited and by any means not allowed and party will be returned or abandoned without any refunds of booking cash instantly and our farm is in direct contact with ANF , party who booked and any one found will be handed over to ANF officials* . *
12. *Please note due to rain or other natural calamity like rain, floods and ants coming out of rain is natural it's beyond ones control , party should note of this clause rather making complains or making comments. *
