Description
We’re Hiring: CNC Machine Programmers (3-Axis & 5-Axis)
Location: Kot Abdulmalik SKP
Positions Available: 2 (One for 3-Axis, One for 5-Axis)
Department: Production / CNC Programming
Experience Required: Minimum 2–5 years
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and optimize CNC programs for 3-axis and 5-axis milling machines.
• Interpret 2D drawings and 3D CAD models for machining.
• Select appropriate tools, speeds, and feeds for efficient machining.
• Perform program validation, trial runs, and fine-tuning.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure high-quality parts and accuracy.
• Maintain proper documentation for all CNC programs.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering.
• Strong experience with CAM software (e. g. , Mastercam, NX, Fusion 360, or Powermill).
• Good understanding of machining processes, GD&T, and tooling.
• Hands-on experience with CNC machine setup will be an advantage.
• Ability to troubleshoot and improve existing programs.
