Job Description
Delite Control Company is seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Milling Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience operating CNC milling machines, reading engineering drawings, and producing high-quality precision components while maintaining production standards.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC Milling Machines.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Load tools, set work offsets, and adjust machine parameters.
Monitor machining operations to ensure product quality and dimensional accuracy.
Perform routine machine maintenance and keep the work area clean.
Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Follow safety procedures and company quality standards.
Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of experience operating CNC Milling Machines.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Knowledge of measuring instruments and quality inspection.
Basic understanding of CNC programming (Fanuc controller preferred) is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
