We are currently looking to hire professional Cleaning Manager / Janitorial Supervisor for our facilities management company in F-8, Islamabad.
Ideal candidate should have at least 7-8 years experience in the following:
- Managing teams and workers.
- Managing attendance, worker discipline, and worker presentation.
- Must know estimating of cleaning material, cleaning equipment, cleaning materials.
- Must be professional in customer service.
- Must be able to supervise workers as well as supervisors and labour. And also train them.
- Must have knowledge of cleaning of water tanks and be able to supervise drainage unblocking.
- Must have knowledge of cleaning upholstery such as sofas, fabrics, curtains, carpets through machines and chemicals.
- Knowledge of steamcleaning machine, extractors and vacuum cleaners
- Knowledge of cleaning newly constructed houses, buildings and handling construction debris and waste
- Knowledge of pest control
Furthermore must have knowledge of the following:
- Arrange towels and toiletries
- Mop floors
- Clean windows and glass
- Clean frames
- Clean toilet, sinks, bathroom, and washrooms
- Clean Dishes and Crockery
- Cleaning debris
- Must have knowledge of tools, equipment and color coding.
- Be honest and trustworthy
Salary will be Rs. 50,000 to 60,000 depending on experience. We will also provide EOBI (Pension Benefits) and Health Care Benefits.
