Area of expertise:
1- well knowledge in kitchen operation, Hygiene, inventory, workflow of kitchen and staff
2- good in plate design will be a plus
3- knows about cost control so he doesnt add free items to customer without knowledge about the cost.
WE want him to handle whole restaurant like its his own from A to Z
Accommodation, Transportation and medical will be provided by company. contract period will be 2 years, duty will be 10 hours,
