Key Responsibilities:
Plan and prepare dishes, steaks, brunch, etc
Develop menus and presentation
Ensure timely food preparation and service
Maintain kitchen hygiene
Manage inventory, procurement, and food storage
Supervise and guide junior kitchen staff
Oversee maintenance and proper use of kitchen equipment
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef or cook
Minimum qualification shall be intermediate
Ability to manage kitchen operations and work under pressure
Creative approach to menu planning and presentation
