Job Title: Full-Time Home Chef / Cook
We are looking for a reliable and experienced chef to manage the kitchen for a family of 5 people.
Responsibilities
- Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the family.
- Pack breakfast and lunch for family members who go to the office.
- Prepare healthy snacks when needed.
- Plan and cook meals according to the dietary needs of the family.
- Manage the kitchen independently, including meal planning, grocery usage, and food preparation.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.
- Clean kitchen surfaces, cooking utensils, dishes, and plates used during meal preparation.
- Keep the kitchen organized and well maintained at all times.
Dietary Requirements
- Three family members follow a fitness-focused lifestyle and require protein-rich, calorie-controlled meals.
- Two family members are elderly and diabetic, so meals must be healthy and suitable for diabetic diets.
- The chef should have a good understanding of dietary restrictions and healthy cooking.
Requirements
- Previous experience managing a household kitchen independently.
- Ability to cook a variety of healthy and tasty meals.
- Knowledge of fitness and diabetic-friendly diets.
- Punctual, dependable, and responsible.
- High standards of cleanliness and food hygiene.
- Able to work with minimal supervision.
Work Schedule
- 6 days per week.
- Working hours: 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Includes a total of 2 hours of break time between lunch and dinner.
- 1 day off per week.
What We Are Looking For
We are not looking for a general house helper. We need a dedicated kitchen professional who can take full responsibility for the kitchen and provide consistent, high-quality meals for the family. Reliability, cleanliness, and understanding of our dietary needs are very important.
