Job Description:
We are hiring a Customer Engagement Specialist to manage and respond to customer queries through social media and live chat platforms. The role involves providing accurate information, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience through professional communication and quick response handling.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with clear and professional chat etiquette
Requirements:
• Hands on understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, etc)
• Ability to manage multiple chats and customer queries simultaneously without compromising quality
• Customer-first approach with a positive, solution-oriented mindset
• Fast learner who can quickly adapt to new tools, workflows, and support systems
