We operate 24/7 and are looking to fill slots across three distinct shifts. Please indicate your preference when applying:
Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
What You’ll Do
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate solutions, troubleshoot basic issues, and guide users through our platform.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by being empathetic, clear, and efficient.
Escalate complex issues to the technical or management team when necessary.
What We’re Looking For
Excellent written communication skills (clear grammar, professional tone, and precise typing).
Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously without losing quality.
Strong problem-solving skills and a patient, customer-first attitude.
Prior experience in customer support, call centers, or live chat operations is a major plus.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (if remote/hybrid).
