Requirements:
Age: 15-28
Proficient in written English with excellent communication skills
Ability to multitask effectively
Strong problem-solving abilities
Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities:
Responding promptly to customer queries via chat
Providing accurate information and assistance to customers
Handling customer complaints and issues with professionalism
Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Meeting or exceeding performance targets
Benefits:
Competitive salary packages:
Half shift: 12000 PKR + commission on each sale
Full shift: 17000 PKR + commission on each sale
Opportunity for additional commission on sales
Flexible shift timings:
Afternoon: 3:00pm-7:00pm
Evening: 7:00pm-11:00pm
Night: 10:00pm-6:00am
