Chat Support Executive
We are looking for a chat support executive to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients. You will be responsible for answering queries, resolving issues, and providing feedback via online chat platforms.
Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via chat in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate and relevant information to customers and escalate complex cases to the appropriate team
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
• Collaborate with other team members and share best practices
Requirements:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Urdu
• Experience in customer service, chat support, or related field
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
• Familiarity with chat software and tools
• High school diploma or equivalent
