Position Overview:
As a Chat Sales Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via various online platforms including Twitch, Kick, Twitter, Discord, Facebook, and Instagram. Your primary objective will be to promote our graphic design and website services, engage with potential clients, and ultimately drive sales conversions through effective communication and persuasion.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively reach out to potential clients through chat platforms to introduce our services and initiate sales conversations.
Engage with clients in a professional and friendly manner, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our graphic design and website services, highlighting key features and benefits to potential clients.
Effectively communicate pricing, promotions, and sales incentives to encourage conversion.
Utilize persuasive selling techniques to overcome objections and close sales.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies for achieving sales targets.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and product improvements.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including compliance with ethical standards and data protection regulations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred. Altough Freshies are also encouraged to apply.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Familiarity with online chat platforms and social media channels preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Flexibility to work night shifts (10 pm to 6 am) from Monday to Saturday.
