**Responsibilities:**
1. Monitor CCTV feeds in real-time to identify and assess potential security threats.
2. Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergency situations.
3. Report security incidents and document relevant information accurately.
4. Collaborate with security personnel and local authorities as needed.
5. Conduct regular system checks to ensure the proper functioning of CCTV equipment.
6. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in handling sensitive information.
7. Provide clear and concise verbal and written communication to all stakeholders.
8. Follow established protocols and procedures for incident response and escalation.
9. Collaborate with other monitoring agents to ensure seamless 24/7 surveillance coverage.

**Education and Experience:**
1. Proven experience in CCTV monitoring or a related security field.
