Description
WE ARE HIRING — CASHIER
We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Cashier to join our fast food restaurant team.
REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum 1–2 years of relevant cashier experience in a restaurant/fast food industry preferred
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Familiarity with POS / restaurant management software
* Basic understanding of cash handling and daily sales
* Accurate and attentive with cash, orders & transactions
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Must be a multi-tasker and able to remain calm under pressure
* Honest, punctual, responsible & well-presented
* Must be a resident of Gujranwala
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Handle cash, card & digital payment transactions accurately
* Enter and process customer orders through the POS system
* Prepare and maintain accurate bills and receipts
* Manage daily cash and ensure proper cash reconciliation
* Maintain accurate records of sales and transactions
* Coordinate with kitchen and delivery staff to ensure orders are processed correctly
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints & feedback professionally
* Ensure correct order taking and minimize billing/order errors
* Monitor dine-in, takeaway & delivery orders
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier/front counter area
* Assist management with daily sales reports and other cashier-related tasks
* Follow all restaurant policies, hygiene standards & procedures
