Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to contractors, builders, and construction companies across the USA.
- Introduce construction estimating and material takeoff services to potential clients.
- Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain professional communication.
- Keep accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Achieve daily and weekly performance targets.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Construction Estimation Campaign is mandatory.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting.
- Ability to handle objections and convert prospects into potential clients.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus.
