Job Description:
We are looking for a Call Centre Representative to join our sales team at Jazac City. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our real estate projects, and encouraging them to visit our site. The main goal of this role is to generate customer interest, increase site visits, and boost plot sales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Provide detailed information about plots and available projects.
• Convince and schedule customers for site visits.
• Follow up with clients to ensure successful visits and conversions.
• Maintain customer records and update call logs.
• Achieve sales and visit targets assigned by management.
Requirements:
• Minimum Intermediate/Graduate qualification.
• Previous experience in call centre or telesales preferred (real estate experience is a plus).
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Confident, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
