About Build Ease Designs
Build Ease Designs is a growing architecture and design services company working with clients and businesses in international markets. We provide professional architectural, visualization, and estimating services and are expanding our sales team in Multan.
We are looking for confident, motivated, and target-driven B2B Sales Agents / Cold Callers who can communicate professionally with potential clients and help generate new business opportunities.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in B2B sales, international client acquisition, and business development.
What You'll Do
Make outbound B2B calls to potential clients and businesses.
Introduce Build Ease Designs and explain our services professionally.
Identify potential clients and qualify sales opportunities.
Communicate with business owners, contractors, and other decision-makers.
Build relationships with prospective clients through calls and follow-ups.
Handle objections and confidently communicate the value of our services.
Maintain accurate records of calls, prospects, and follow-ups.
Follow up with interested prospects and move qualified leads through the sales process.
Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales and management team to improve lead conversion.
Continuously improve your communication, sales, and closing skills.
Requirements
Freshers are welcome; 0-2 years of sales experience is preferred.
B2B cold-calling experience is a strong advantage.
Good spoken English and professional communication skills.
Confident and comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
Persuasive, energetic, and target-oriented personality.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to learn and develop within a sales environment.
Experience dealing with international clients is a plus.
Basic computer and CRM/data-entry skills are preferred.
Salary & Commission
PKR 30,000 - 60,000 per month + Attractive Commission
The base salary will depend on experience, communication skills, and performance.
In addition to the base salary, successful sales agents will have the opportunity to earn performance-based commissions.
