If you love helping people and can handle a bit of a hustle, we want you on our team! We're looking for a Customer Support Representative at Viola Dispatch Management.
What You'll Do:
1: Chat with customers over the phone, email, or chat – answering questions and solving problems.
2: Keep folks updated on their orders and products in a friendly way.
3: When things go wrong, jump in and fix them with a smile.
4: Work with your team to make sure every customer leaves happy.
What You Need:
1: Good English skills – you'll be talking to our US-based customers.
2: A friendly attitude and a knack for making people feel heard.
3: You can handle a busy day and juggle a few things at once.
4: Attention to detail – it's the little things that make a big difference.
5: Minimum qualification: Matriculation.
