US based international call center is looking for Well experienced candidates for his sales team to boost their sales and productivity.
Job Title: Male / Female
Representatives*
Job type : Part time
Time: 7PM to 3 AM
Working days: 5 in week
Salary package : Based on experience.

Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries and issues promptly.
• Maintain product knowledge to address customer concerns accurately.
• Utilize CRM software to record interactions and track issue resolution.
• Meet or exceed performance targets for call handling and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments for issue resolution.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
• At least intermediate or above education.
• Must be good in English communication.
• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to multitask.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software preferred.
• Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work both independently and in a team.
