Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in Medicare live transfers or outbound campaigns
Excellent English communication and active listening skills
Strong objection-handling ability and confidence in closing sales
Basic technical setup and proficiency with dialer and call-tracking software
Familiarity with US Medicare compliance and TCPA guidelines
