Position Type: Part-time/Full-time Shift Timing: Flexible shifts available, including evenings and overnight: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM Job Description: We are seeking motivated individuals to join our dynamic call center team. As a Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving inquiries or issues efficiently and effectively. Excellent communication skills Customer-focused with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems (training will be provided) Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus, but not required! Location: Wapda town Phase 1 we have multiple payment options available we pay bi weekly and monthly aslo offering Hourly wage
