We are based in Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore. Job Requirements: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet. Onsite job, no remote facility will be entertained. Flexibility to work night shifts 7PM - 4AM (might be change after hiring) 5 days in a week Saturday and Sunday are off Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required. High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency in basic computer applications. More details will be dicussed on short call interview.
