Ascend BPO Services is a leading IT company dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and innovative solutions. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Services Representatives for our Appointment Scheduling department.
Position Overview:
As a Customer Services Representative , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our back-office processes. You will responsible for managing appointments and handling documentation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing inbound call centers and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with other departments to address customer service issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
2. Ensure HIPAA compliance within company environment, as well as regulatory requirements.
3. Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports.
4. Serve as a point of contact for escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer service management to implement innovative solutions.
Requirements:
1. Graduation preferred.
2. Proficiency in English.
3. Proven experience in managing inbound call centers or customer service operations, preferably in healthcare industry.
4. Ability to think strategically.
5. Strong client-facing and communication skills
6. Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
7. Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to customer service operations is a plus.
