Job Description – Restaurant Call Center Agent | Loaded
We are looking for a motivated and professional Call Center Agent to join our team at Loaded.
Key Responsibilities:
* Receive customer calls and take food orders accurately.
* Handle WhatsApp orders and customer inquiries.
* Communicate politely and professionally with customers.
* Enter orders correctly into the restaurant POS system.
* Confirm order details and coordinate with the kitchen and delivery team.
* Handle customer complaints and provide timely assistance.
Requirements:
* Good communication skills.
* Ability to take orders accurately.
* Good typing speed and basic computer skills.
* A polite, customer-friendly attitude.
* Previous restaurant or call center experience will be preferred.
Job Details:
* Salary: PKR 22,000–24,000
* Shift: 9 hours
