Description
Core Responsibilities
Drafting & Design: Develop and revise detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings, elevations, layouts and present on formal architectural layouts
Collaboration: Create separate, detailed, technical drawings for the entire design team ready for print
Site Coordination: Conduct site visits or data collection to verify physical measurements and structural limitations when required
Documentation: Prepare supporting documentation, including material lists, dimensions, and project submittals.
Data Management: Maintain internal drawing databases, update as-built files, and archive project documentation.
Key Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelors or Technical Diploma/Degree
Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of CAD tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit, MicroStation, or Civil 3D.
Technical Skills: Understanding of drafting standards, geometric dimensioning, blueprint reading, and local building codes.
Soft Skills: High attention to detail, time management, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication
Salary Requirements: Discussed upon interview and as per project
Location: Mostly Remote Working
