Job Summary: The Business Development Specialist will play a crucial role in driving the growth of Company by identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, and conducting market research to inform our strategies. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual with a strong understanding of the consulting industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales or business development. Salary: PKR 80,000 to 100,000 Office in one of the top locations and most popular start-up co-working space, COLABS Key Responsibilities: • Client Acquisition: Identify and contact potential clients to introduce our consulting services, focusing on how we can address their specific needs related to Revenue Operations. • Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry, as well as potential markets for expansion. • Strategy Development: Collaborate with the consulting team to develop and refine business development strategies based on research findings and market analysis. • Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to network with potential clients and partners, and to stay informed about the latest developments in the field. • Proposal Writing: Prepare and present customized proposals and presentations to potential clients, clearly articulating the value and impact of our consulting services. • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and developing a strategy for long-term sustained success. • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus. • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the consulting industry. • Strong understanding of Revenue Operations and its impact on business growth. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to persuasively articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences. • Proven ability to identify and develop new business opportunities. • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct market research and analyze data to inform decisions. • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend events.
