We are looking for a confident and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Harbanspura, Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and managing communication with UK-based clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UK market
Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups with potential clients
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Present company services professionally and effectively
Achieve monthly sales and business development targets
Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client communication
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding
Develop strategies to improve sales performance and revenue growth
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (mandatory)
Prior experience in UK campaigns or international sales is highly preferred
