About the Role
Xpanair is looking for a proactive, ambitious, and people-oriented Business Development Executive to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and turning conversations into meaningful partnerships and customers.
This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and candidates with 1–2 years of experience who are eager to learn, take initiative, and grow with a developing business.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential customers, business partners, and new market opportunities through proactive outreach.
Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and business prospects.
Follow up consistently with prospects to develop relationships and convert opportunities into successful business outcomes.
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, leads, and ongoing communications.
Research potential markets, identify growth opportunities, and develop effective outreach strategies.
Coordinate with the founding team to support business growth and expansion.
Take ownership of assigned tasks and contribute to improving business development processes.
Requirements
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups.
Persistence, resourcefulness, and a willingness to learn.
A strong sense of responsibility, honesty, and professional integrity.
Fresh graduates and candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
