We're Hiring: Business Development Specialist (Remote)
Sentricode Labs is a custom software development agency building high-performance applications and digital solutions for startups and established businesses. We're scaling and need a driven business development specialist to close deals.
Location: Remote (Pakistan-based preferred)
Type: Full-time, Commission-Based (Remote)
What You'll Do:
• Identify and pitch custom software solutions to potential clients
• Manage sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure
• Conduct market research and prospecting via email, calls, LinkedIn
• Prepare proposals and present solutions to technical decision-makers
• Build relationships with CTOs, founders, product managers
• Track metrics and own your performance targets
What We're Looking For:
Sales-driven mentality—you want to own your income, not clock in
Strong communication skills—you can explain technical solutions simply
Organized and resourceful—you manage multiple prospects simultaneously
No experience required—just show us you can close deals
Bonus: Familiarity with software/IT or sales background helpful, but not required
Why Commission-Based?
We're a young agency and we want partners who are as invested in growth as we are. No salary cap. Your effort = your earnings. Once we hit revenue targets, we transition to salary + commission.
What Success Looks Like:
Month 1-2: Learning our offering, prospecting, closing first deal
Month 3+: 1-2 deals/month, building pipeline, earning solid commission
What You Need:
• Reliable internet connection
• Professional setup (laptop, phone)
• Ability to attend video calls with clients and team
• Self-discipline and time management (no manager watching over you)
