Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and confident Business Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to medical practices in the United States, introducing our medical billing services, and generating qualified leads through outbound calls.
This role requires excellent communication skills, confidence in speaking with US-based doctors and office managers, and the ability to build professional relationships over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to US medical practices and healthcare providers
• Introduce and explain our Medical Billing & RCM services
• Identify decision-makers (Doctors, Office Managers, Practice Administrators)
• Generate leads and schedule appointments for senior sales representatives
• Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in CRM
• Achieve daily and monthly call and lead generation targets
• Follow up with prospects to build long-term business relationships
Requirements
• Strong English communication skills (Neutral or American accent preferred)
• Confidence in cold calling and handling objections
• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or medical billing (preferred but not mandatory)
• Basic understanding of Medical Billing or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) is a plus
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined
• Ability to work night shift (according to US time zones)
